Orphan Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is volunteer-driven and 100% donation-supported, and we do not have the volunteer or monetary resources to accept pets from the public at this time, unless they were adopted from OARS and need to be returned. We are currently a network of private foster homes and a small Adoption Center in Neenah, Wisconsin.

The pets we help primarily come from other local rescue groups and humane organizations when they need help or are over capacity. We always have a waiting list of pets in need. To help us help more pets, please visit our How to Help page.
